Welcome. I’m Michelle, a holistic therapist that believes wellbeing should come first for everyone, caring for both mental and physical health equally. My focus is especially on supporting women TO Manage hormonal health, and reduce the effects of stress. At the same time, my practice is open and welcoming to all.
ABOUT ME...
I’ve loved holistic therapies for over 20 years, starting with my first diploma in Aromatherapy. At the time, I was also completing a Sports Therapy diploma and knew I loved giving massages—but the connection I felt with holistic therapies was different. It felt more authentic to who I am. Even as a teenager in the late nineties and early noughties, I was drawn to ways to de-stress and calm my mind and body—a practice that has stayed with me ever since.
In 2020, I began my Reflexology diploma and created my mobile reflexology business however i wanted to follow a dream I’d had since my teenage years which was to create my own space to offer treatments, a place that is warm, peaceful, and tucked away from the outside world. I wanted clients to feel still, relaxed, and at ease the moment they walk through the door. After years of dreaming and planning, I finally opened the door in October 2025.
